On February 2,2024, the annual event was held in Baiyang Hotel, the Old North Gate of Yangcheng Lake.
This time to attend the annual meeting, in addition to the partners in the club, there are many friends from inside and outside the group, we gathered together, happy.

October 14, 2023 : BBQ
On October 14, we held a fall BBQ on the shore of Lake Yozumi. It’s just a refreshing autumn day, and the breeze by Lake Yozumi is practicing.
Letting go of the rush and exhaustion, everyone cheers and enjoys this precious relaxation. This event has a lot of ingredients.
In addition to various kinds of grilled skewers, the well-prepared Yangchuhu Shanghai crab and the feast with sheep are very popular.
Under the sunset, at the beginning of Hana Lantern, with a fervent bonfire, fireworks and beautiful sake, the atmosphere was raised.
June 14, 2023 : Public welfare donations
To maximize the use of resources, carry forward the humanitarian spirit, promote the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation and the civilization and progress of the Suzhou Industrial Park region. On 14th June, Our company donated 1,500 pieces of “COVID-19 Antigen Testing Reagents” to the West Campus of Xingwan School.
May 27, 2023 : BBQ
On May 27, spring to summer, we held a BBQ activity in the beautiful environment of Wangyu renjia Ecological Park. The activity adopted the camping barbecue method, the form of novel, comfortable atmosphere, not only roast whole sheep, crayfish and other food, as well as karaoke, bonfire party and other colorful links, in the relaxation, but also enhance team cohesion. At the same time, our consultant Kato and director Mason were on a business trip to China. The two who came from far away also attended the event on the same day. We treated the family members who had been separated for a long time with wine, food and hospitality.
January 13, 2023 : 2022 Year-end party
On January 13, with the cancellation of the COVID-19 policy, we held a 2022 year-end party and an award ceremony at the North Arcus hotel. This ceremony is not only a review and consolation of the employees’ hard work for the year, but also a grand ceremony to show the company strength and culture of Shenshang. During the party, there was a lot of cheers and laughter. The carefully prepared program cheered everyone up. The generous lottery also pushed the atmosphere of the whole party to the top. We welcome the arrival of the New Year with delicious food and wine.

November 12, 2022 : Athletic meet and BBQ party
We held an athletic meet in the picturesque Taihu East Mountain Hotel-Badminton Hall.
With the theme of “Riding the wind and waves and creating brilliance together” , we held a competition that was both fun and competitive, and worked to promote team unity and cooperation. We all competed for the championship and played hard and the hall was filled with cheers and cheers.
After the activities, a BBQ party was held in Taihu Park Expo and the flames and smoke soared into the sky in the evening breeze. Everyone enjoyed a leisurely time enjoying delicious meat, feasts, and alcoholic beverages, and healed their fatigue.
After enjoying the meal, we had a campfire on the wide lawn, and a sense of unity was generated in the fluorescent show and torches.
September 23-24, 2022 : Group event24
For the purpose of promoting employee communication, two days of group event were held in Taihu Garden Expo Park.
Taihu in September was bright and warm, and the two days were full of beautiful scenery and plants welcoming group events.
By enjoying the group games “Cross the stone bridge” and “Your eyes are my eyes” the solidarity of the employees increased and they were relieved from the stress of daily busy work.
After the event, the atmosphere reached its climax with gourmet food and sake, and all the employees had a good time laughing.
August 20, 2022：Bowling tournament
The annual bowling tournament was held on August 20th, and this year marks the third year since the first event was held in 2020.
From the poor skill of bowling in the early days, it has grown to the skillful skill of today, and each player has constantly improved their skill throughout the game and has achieved good results.
May 22, 2022: BBQ party at Shihu
Su Zhou in May has a mild and pleasant climate during the transition from spring to summer. Escape from the melancholy of covid-19, we held a BBG party by the picturesque Shi Hu to enhance the unity among employees and promote communication. On the day of the event, the campsite was filled with a delicious scent, riding the wind. The employees toasted each other, ate a lot, and had a good time with smiles.
March 8, 2022: International Women’s Day
Suzhou in March is surrounded by the spring weather and is full of breeze.
On this wonderful day, International Women’s Day was celebrated and a labor union-sponsored celebration was held.
Male employees prepared greeting cards、bouquet, shopping voucher and gift envelopes for female employees to express their gratitude to female employees.
January 21, 2022: Year end party and Award ceremony
A year end party and an award ceremony for excellent employees were held at the Novotel Suzhou SIP hotel on the shores of the Jinjihu.
At the ceremony, excellent employees were commended for the year, and entertainment, games and lottery were held, and the atmosphere of the venue was greatly excited.

Under the warm sunlight of early autumn, a badminton tournament hosted by the labor union was held.

July 16, 2021: The 15th anniversary ceremony
The 15th anniversary ceremony was held at North Arcus Resort on the shores of the Yang Cheng Lake.
Due to the influence of corona, the executives of the parent company were unable to attend the ceremony, but they sent us a video letter of congratulations from Japan.
On the day of the event, not only singing and dancing, but also fun games were played, and the atmosphere of the venue was lively.

June 26, 2021: Bowling tournament
The 2nd bowling tournament was held. Everyone competed for the championship, team battles were held, and everyone played hard.

Even after the bowling tournament, the excitement did not cool down and everyone was looking forward to the next tournament.
February 5,2021: An annual BBQ party at Lakeside of Yangchenghu
An annual BBQ party was held on May 15 at Lakeside of Yangchenghu.
We were able to enjoy delicious food while watching the beautiful shining countryside in the setting sun.
The atmosphere at the site was very lively, everyone drank a lot, toasted, took pictures of each other and sang songs on the Karaoke equipment prepared this time.
We enjoyed this party without any distinction between the factory and the office, and had a wonderful time with a lot of smiles.
Through this activity, we were able to heal our daily fatigue and the cohesiveness was further strengthened.
February 5,2021: The 2021 Employee Awards Ceremony
The 2021 Employee Awards Ceremony was held at the company cafeteria under sufficient measures against epidemics.
A curing tournament was held before the awards ceremony, and the content of the match was exiting with reversals, close margins, and devasting defeats.
At the awards ceremony, rewards were given to excellent employees, games and lottery were held, and all employees were very satisfied with the closing event at the end of the fiscal year.

November 2020: Outward Bound activities
Mid of November，We conducted a day of Outward Bound activities under the guidance of a planning company. We organized 4 teams with the theme of “Fully Full of Vitality”.Competitive relay competition and floor curing competition were exciting under continuous cheering.Everyone recognized the importance of teamwork and the sense of unity increased.
October 2020: A mountain climbing and autumn BBQ event

We held a mountain climbing and autumn BBQ event on Mt. Qiong Long.
We climbed along the “Yu Road” while looking at the bamboo grove and mountains.
When we went down the BBQ area from the summit, the Cooks came into play.
We enjoyed a relaxing time while tasting delicious food.
June 6,2020: BBQ event in Huqiu Park
We had an annual BBQ event in Huqiu Park before the rainy season in Suzhou.
We prepared 3 kinds of games, and warmed up before the BBQ, selecting representative players from each group and playing game.
The representative players struggled to win the game with enthusiasm, and the audience was impressed by the enthusiasm of the scene.
After the game, a scented BBQ started and everyone toasted.
We hope that our laughter will continue every day.
May 2020: Several events to alleviate employee stress and strengthen our cohesiveness
In May, when the effects of the new corona infection were alleviated, we held several events to alleviate employee stress and strengthen our cohesiveness.
In early May, when the early hot summer arrived, we strolled along the outer moat of Suzhou and enjoyed the charm of Jiang Ivan Shui Xiang as the cicadas echoed through the gates of the old castle.
In middle of May, we tried to climb from Ling Yan Shan to Bai Ma Xi, overcome a long and rugged road, and as a result of our effort, we all reached the final point safely.
At the end of May, we held our first bowling tournament.
Almost all of the employees had the opportunity to experience bowling for the first time.
We all enjoyed this tournament and hope to have a great result at the next tournament.
February 2020: Establishment of the Committee for the Prevention of the new Corona virus Infection
In order to implement preventive measures against the new corona virus infectious disease, the company established the Measures Execution Committee to prevent infectious disease and manage factory production activities.
Before the operation of the company is resumed, the countermeasures Execution Committee grasps the actual situation of the company and makes a plan to restart the operation during the infections disease prevention period, purchase the necessary materials, completely disinfect the factory and office, and preparations such as management of personnel to be returned to Suzhou were made.
After that, it was reviewed by the government office and it was restarted smoothly with permission to restart.
Even after resuming operation, we pay more attention to infectious disease information and continue to collect related information.
In order to have employees properly recognize infectious disease information and raise awareness of personal hygiene, post relevant information such as hand washing methods on the in-house bulletin board, and disinfect at the time of entrance and exit, temperature measurement, ventilation etc. on a daily basis is going.
The number of seats is reduced so that large numbers of people do not gather at one time, and the meals are distributed over several times.
We always ask external visitors to provide us with the Suzhou Code and activity history for the last 14 days.
January 17,2020: Year-end party
The old year has passed and the new year has come.
This year-end party was held under the theme of “new starting point & pioneering the future” and we planned an award ceremony, dance performance, a lottery and games.
Everyone enjoyed the fascinating host of the presenter, lively dance, a thrilling lottery and the atmosphere inside the feast was great successful.

September 7-9, 2019: We enjoyed employee trip in An Hui Chi Zhou.
This year’s employee trip was a three days schedule and we visited An Hui Chi Zhou and climbed the mountain to enjoy the Tong Ling beautiful scenery.
We also went exploring to Bai Zhang Ya and experienced going down the Qlu Pu He Shang river.
After that we did a dragon boat race under the sound of the drum and each teams united to aim for victory.
During this trip, everyone was relieved from stress and relaxed and rejoiced in mind and body.
Everyone confirmed that all employee’s unity had improved naturally.
April 27,2019: Annual barbecue family party
Annual barbecue family party was held at Bai Ma Jian famous for wonderful landscape with appreciation of daily perseverance and promote employee’s unite and attribution.Several physical games reflecting company atmosphere and teamwork were planned.
Everybody enjoyed the games with full use of power under many cheers. After the games,everybody enjoyed the barbecue prepared for this event and felt happy.
As the result of the event, all employee were able to recognize the happiness to work the company and looking forward to the next event.
January 26,2019 : Year-end party
We held a year-end party once a year on schedule.
A mysterious veil was opened.
It started from the awards ceremony and the program that each division has fully prepared has appeared next.
All the dancers of the manager raised the atmosphere of the venue further and the joy of everyone continued.
Fun games and exciting draws were also held.
The celebration of the participants excited the year-end party and ended.
Thanks to a careful plan, wonderful directories had continued.
It was wonderful compared to past year-end party and received a favorable reception from attendees.
We expect next year more company’s achievements and a further level up of the year-end party.

November 4, 2018 : Family day
Sunny and warm, the vegetation also deepened green and the autumn breezy, a family day for the first time was held for the purpose of the employee’s family understanding the company and thanking the family’s daily assistance and raising employee’s unity and moral.

September 8-10,2018 :We enjoyed company trip in Xia Pu.
We had arrived at “Xia Pu” our destination of company trip after 5 hours boarding on high-speed railway (Chinese Shinkansen).”Xia Pu is tideland and international holy ground for photography. Great amount of photographers are gathering at the time of beautiful and spectacle sunrise and sunset. Everybody were taking a walk on the coast being released from work tension and pressure on life while feeling the sound of the waves.We visited “Tai Lao Shan” the most beautiful maritime city in China. We were able to familiarize to nature and cultivate the spirit for work and life.
May 27,2018 : Annual barbecue family party
Annual barbecue family party was held at Shang Fong Shan National Park with appreciation of daily perseverance and promote employee’s unite and vitality.
The event was started by President Umemoto’s opening speech with humor and everybody enjoyed games and barbecue under bright atmosphere. Children attended the games positively and exited. As the result of the event, all employees were able to recognize the love and responsibility for their family and expand the range of exchange.
February 8, 2018：Annual Year-end party was held.
Award ceremony was held during year-end party for year’s excellent employee and 5th-10th anniversary of services. Each certificate and prize were awarded by General Manager.

We enjoyed company trip in Hai Nan Sanya.From November 23rd to 25th.
We enjoyed delicious food and beautiful scenery in scenic San Ya. We felt our fellow feeling became deeper and were able to resolve our work stress and tension during this occasion. This trip was exactly the heart spa and we can cheer up and work harder.

We had a safety exchange meeting and table tennis competition with KAAP-C.
We Suzhou Shinko-Shoji Material Co., Ltd., had a safety exchange meeting and table tennis competition with Kobe Aluminum Automotive Products (China) Co., Ltd. (KAAP-C), one of KOBELCO Group company at afternoon of August 25th, 2017. KAAP-C and we announced efforts on safety management, deepening employee safety awareness.
After the safety exchange meeting, we held the first intercompany table tennis competition.After the enthusiastic games, the competition closed with the victory of Suzhou Shinko-Shoji. Material Co., Ltd.
